Return Instructions
To start a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused, and resellable condition.

2. Ship Your Item: Returns must be sent using a trackable and preferably insured shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We do not accept packages sent as Cash on Delivery (COD). Please include your name and order number.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Please provide your order number and a valid tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll make it right.
- For damaged or defective items: Please email us at Contact@sayaranglobal.com with photos of the issue. In most cases, we will send a replacement immediately, and you will not need to return the damaged item.
- For incorrect items: Email us with your order number and photos of the product you received. We will send you a prepaid return label. Once tracking is confirmed, your correct replacement item will be shipped right away.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or a replacement item, contact us at Contact@sayaranglobal.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, and all exchanges are processed free of charge.
- Cancellations: We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipping, you may return the item after delivery if necessary.
