Warranty Coverage

Most products sold by Ronvalto are covered by a limited warranty, with the warranty period varying by product. The applicable warranty duration, if any, is clearly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and intended conditions.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to Ronvalto’s warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation, use, or handling
  • Accidental damage, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Improper maintenance or exposure to conditions outside the product’s intended use, including extreme weather or environmental conditions

Products designed for outdoor use are intended to withstand normal outdoor exposure when used and maintained as directed.

Warranty Claims & Resolution

If a product is determined to be eligible for warranty service, Ronvalto will provide one of the following solutions, depending on the circumstances and product availability:

  • Replacement with the same product
  • Replacement with an equivalent product
  • Repair of the item
  • Refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably available

Any replacement or repaired product will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by law.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
