Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted. Please include your name and order number with your return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A valid tracking number must be provided once shipped
  • No restocking fees apply

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ronvalto.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Damaged or defective items: We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return solution and ship the correct item once the return is confirmed.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges:
If you need a replacement or exchange, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process. All approved exchanges are handled at no additional cost.

Cancellations:
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If the order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this policy.
